From Vision to Reality: 20+ Years of Growth and Trust
Started Software Development Operations in India
In 2003, Fidel formally established its operations in India, focusing on software development services. This marked the beginning of its India journey, with Pune emerging as the central hub for operations. As demand grew, the company steadily expanded its infrastructure—moving to larger offices and enhancing its delivery capabilities to support a growing client base.
Launched Translation & Localization Services
By 2007, Fidel took a significant step forward by launching its Translation and Localization services. This move positioned the company in the global language services domain, enabling it to support multilingual communication across more than 100 languages.
Moved to IT Facility in Koregaon Park, Pune
The company moved into more advanced IT facilities in Pune and expanded its service offerings to include Multilingual Desktop Publishing (DTP), further strengthening its localization expertise.
Entered the IoT Solutions Market
In 2014, the company developed a hybrid solution integrating electronics, communication, and cloud technologies for the IoT market—marking its entry into innovation-led solutions.
Acquired LinguaSol, Pune
In 2016, the company acquired LinguaSol, a website language solutions firm, significantly strengthening its digital and multilingual capabilities.
Recognized as a Fastest-Growing Global LSP
In 2017, Fidel gained global recognition as one of the fastest-growing Language Service Providers (LSP), reinforcing its credibility and positioning in the industry.
Consolidated Operations at Kalyani Nagar, Pune
As operations scaled, Fidel consolidated its teams into a large, modern facility in Kalyani Nagar, Pune in 2019. This consolidation improved collaboration, efficiency, and scalability, enabling the company to handle larger and more complex projects.
CEO Recognized as Global Localization Influencer
In 2021, Mr. Sunil Kulkarni, CEO of Fidel, was recognized as a Global Influencer in Localization by Nimdzi—highlighting both leadership strength and industry impact.
Listed on the NSE Emerge Stock Exchange
A major milestone in Fidel’s journey came in 2022, when the company transitioned into a Public Limited Company and was listed on the NSE Emerge Stock Exchange on June 10. This marked a significant step forward, reflecting the company’s growth, maturity, and readiness to scale to new heights. The listing also strengthened Fidel’s commitment to transparency, governance, and long-term value creation.
Opened New Delivery Office in Hyderabad
In 2023, the company established a new delivery office in Hyderabad, enhancing its presence in South India and enabling access to a broader talent pool.
Opened New Offices in Austin & New Delhi
In 2024, Fidel expanded internationally with a new office in Austin, Texas, USA, bringing it closer to global clients and strengthening its consulting and enterprise services capabilities. Another key milestone this year was the establishment of a new office in New Delhi, India.
Acquired Techvine, Princeton
in 2025 with the acquisition of Techvine, a technology consulting firm in Princeton, New Jersey, further solidifying Fidel’s presence in the United States.
Acquired IM Corporation & Launched Spoggle AI
In 2026, Expanded presence in Japan with the acquisition of IM Corporation, a Japan-based IT services firm, and launched Spoggle, an AI-powered data analytics platform.
