Fidel Sets Benchmark with Multilingual Annual Report in 20th AGM

Fidel Softech Limited convened its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 7, 2025, further advancing its tradition of transparent shareholder engagement and innovation.
In a pioneering move, Fidel became the first company in India to publish its Annual report in three languages, including Hindi, Marathi, English. This initiative reflects Fidel’s strong commitment to inclusivity, accessibility and meaningful communication.

Fidel has experienced continuous growth over the past 13 quarters.
The AGM provided a platform for insightful discussions and collective engagement. The meeting began with an opening address by Chairman Mr. Sunil Kulkarni, who highlighted the company’s achievements, challenges, and future prospects. The Board of Directors, including Managing Director, Prachi Kulkarni, Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer Sneha Ratnaparkhi and Independent Directors Girish Desai, Prajakta Kotasthane and Pradeep Dharane, attended the AGM. CFO Mr. Mandar Inamdar, the statutory auditor, internal auditor, scrutinizer, along with shareholders, also participated in the AGM.
Operational Performance –
During the year, we successfully initiated and stabilized operations at our USA office, marking a key milestone in our global expansion strategy. The local team has been steadily growing, enabling us to serve clients more efficiently and strengthen our on-ground presence. As a strategic next step, we are in the process of acquiring a U.S.-based entity, which will further enhance our operational capabilities.

1. Supporting NFBM Jagriti School for Blind Girls
Where & When: National Federation of the Blind Maharashtra (NFBM), Pune — March 7, 2025.
Initiative: Fidel visited the school and reinforced its support for visually impaired girls by engaging with students and faculty. The visit highlighted inclusive learning methods, such as Braille literacy and computer-assisted learning, which empower students toward independence and self-sufficiency.
Significance: This CSR effort underscores Fidel’s pledge to inclusivity, equity, and enabling every individual—regardless of ability—to realize their full potential.
2. Solar Repair & Maintenance Skills Training for 25 Youths
Where & When: Collaboration with Thinksharp Foundation — July 4, 2025.
Initiative: The program trained 25 underprivileged youths in solar energy repair and maintenance, supported by essential soft skills, career guidance, and entrepreneurship training.
Impact: By empowering youth with technical know-how and life skills, Fidel fosters employment opportunities in the clean energy sector—promoting environmental sustainability and community upliftment.
