Fidel’s AGM 2026: Focus on AI, Data Engineering and Digital Transformation

Fidel Softech Limited‘s 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on August 5, 2026.
Fidel announced a significant business milestone by achieving ₹100 crore in revenue for FY 2025–26. The company also unveiled its long-term vision of reaching ₹500 crore in revenue over the coming years through strategic expansion, AI-led innovation, and global growth initiatives.
Building on our strong foundation and sustained business growth, we remain focused on delivering innovative solutions across AI & Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, Cloud Technologies, Enterprise Software Solutions, Managed Services, and Japan–India Consulting. Our growing presence across India, Japan, and the United States enables us to serve global enterprises with technology-driven, business-focused solutions.
The AGM was attended by our CEO, Sunil Kulkarni, Managing Director Ms. Prachi Kulkarni, Company Secretary Ms. Sneha Ratnaparkhi, Independent Directors Mr. Girish Desai, Ms. Prajakta Kotasthane, along with our shareholders, Board members, and senior leadership team. CFO Mr. Mandar Inamdar, along with the statutory auditor, internal auditor and scrutinizer, also participated in the AGM.
Today, we operate from offices in Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, New Delhi, and Bengaluru, along with our international operations in Japan and the United States. Backed by a team of 500+ professionals, we continue to help organizations accelerate digital transformation and global business expansion.
Addressing our shareholders, Chairman Mr. Sunil Kulkarni shared our strategic priorities for FY 2026–27 and reaffirmed our commitment to sustainable, long-term growth.

As we move into the new financial year, we will focus on:
- Sustaining our revenue momentum while improving operational efficiencies and utilization across our India, Japan, and USA businesses.
- Integrating our acquisitions into a unified global organization and expanding offshore delivery from India.
- Growing our managed services, data engineering, recurring revenue engagements, and AI-enabled service offerings.
- Strengthening our global sales and marketing capabilities.
- Expanding our Japan–India consulting practice and Global Capability Center (GCC) platform.
- Pursuing strategic acquisition opportunities with financial discipline.
- Continuously improving our operating margins and profitability.
Our Long-Term Growth Vision
Our long-term strategy is built around five key growth pillars:
- Strengthening Japan–India–USA technology and Hi-Tech engineering collaboration.
- Expanding our AI-enabled services, data analytics, and digital transformation capabilities.
- Accelerating the growth of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and Japanese Capability Centers (JCCs).
- Scaling managed services, bilingual consulting, and offshore delivery.
- Advancing multilingual AI, language data, localization engineering, and enterprise language solutions.

At the AGM, we also reviewed our financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and other key business indicators. In line with our commitment to creating long-term shareholder value, we are pleased to announce a 22.5% dividend for the fourth consecutive year.

1. Fidel Supports Braille AI Book Launch
As part of our commitment to accessibility and inclusive education, Fidel Softech supported the publication of the Braille edition of Dr. Deepak Shikarpur’s Artificial Intelligence book through our CSR initiative. Unveiled by Padma Vibhushan Dr. Raghunath Mashelkar, the initiative aims to make AI education accessible to visually challenged learners, empowering them with knowledge and opportunities in one of today’s most transformative technology domains.

2. Fidel Supports Mobile Repairing & Employability Training
Fidel Softech, in collaboration with Aspire Knowledge and Skills, launched a Mobile Repairing and Employability Training Program for underprivileged students in Pune. Funded through our CSR initiative, the program provides practical technical training, employability skills, and career guidance to help students build sustainable livelihoods, enhance their employability, and become financially independent.
