Fidel Support Students with Mobile Repairing & Employability Training – CSR Activity

Fidel Softech Limited, in collaboration with Aspire Knowledge and Skills , successfully launched a Mobile Repairing and Employability Training Program for students in Pune. The cost of training is funded by Fidel CSR activities.
The initiative aims to equip underprivileged students with practical skills that can help them build sustainable careers and future-ready capabilities.
The program was inaugurated at the Green Tech Lab of Pune Vidyarthi Gruha, where enthusiastic participation from students marked a promising beginning. The event witnessed the esteemed presence of respected industry and academic leaders, including Dr. Deepak Shikarpur, Dr. Sanjay Gandhi, Mr. Rajendra Kaduskar, Mr. Krushnaji Kulkarni, Fidel’s MD, Prachi Kulkarni, company secretary, Sneha Ratnaparkhi, and other dignitaries. Their guidance and support added immense value to the initiative and inspired the students to take full advantage of this opportunity.
At a time when digital skills have become essential for employability, this CSR initiative focuses not just on theoretical knowledge but also on hands-on training. Mobile repairing, being a high-demand skill, opens doors to multiple earning opportunities — from self-employment to technical service roles. Through this collaboration, Fidel aims to empower young learners with skills that can help them achieve financial independence and professional confidence.
The training covers essential technical fundamentals such as mobile hardware troubleshooting, component-level understanding, repair diagnostics, and practical repair techniques. Along with the mobile repairing module, the program also includes basic employability and soft-skill sessions, ensuring that students are well-prepared to enter the job market with competence.
