Auto Cluster Development and Research Institute celebrated International Women’s Day 2025 by recognizing exceptional women leaders across industries. Among the distinguished honorees was Ms. Prachi Kulkarni, Managing Director of Fidel Softech Limited.

Ms. Prachi is highly experienced in FIX technology and has played a key role in consulting and training FinTech trading firms on implementing advanced IT solutions. She also has in-depth knowledge of trading systems, electronic communications and financial technology infrastructure.

Beyond her contributions to technology and FinTech, Ms. Prachi is also deeply committed to financial literacy. She leads ArthShikshan, an Ed-Tech portal designed to promote financial education in local languages, ensuring that financial knowledge is accessible to all. Through this initiative, she has empowered individuals and businesses with the essential financial insights needed for informed decision-making.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of Dr. Saylee Gankar, Vice Chancellor of D.Y. Patil University, Pune, who served as the Chief Guest, alongside Mr. Pravin Tupe, Founder Director of Pimpri Chinchwad Science Park, as the Guest of Honour. The event was led with great enthusiasm by Mr. Kiran Vaidya, Managing Director of Auto Cluster Development and Research Institute, who emphasized the importance of empowering women in technology, education, and industry.
