About the client
Client is a IT services and Consulting company in Japan.
Business Requirements
- To track open job positions.
- This functionality is accessible by all PMs. to open a job position.
- A notification should be sent to the HR PM alerting about the new Job Request.
- HR PM will assign it to one of the group members.
The notification will be sent to the HR group member telling him that he is assigned the task. - A notification should be sent to the PM telling him who is working on his Job Request.
HR group member will identify the candidates and send their resumes to the PM. - A notification should be sent to the PM telling him about the candidates identified for his request.
- PM will shortlist the candidates and inform the HR group member about the shortlisted candidates.
- A notification should go to the HR group member about the shortlisted candidates and ask to schedule the interviews.
Challenges
