Fidel Softech and CSC Japan tie-up for Japanese bilingual competency center in Pune

Pune, December 2: In order to support the Japanese clients and make up for the shortage of software engineers in Japan, Pune based software firm, Fidel Softech Ltd (Fidel) and Japan-based Computer Science Corporation (CSC) have signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop bilingual Japanese competency center for CSC in the area of IT Support, Cloud & security, Enterprise products like ServiceNow, Ansible, AI-ML and automation.

The tie-up will help CSC to stay competitive and scale up its skillsets and competencies in these technologies, which are difficult to source within Japan. CSC has been seeing better business scope in coming years in the said areas and the tie-up will enable CSC to enhance support to their Japanese clients.
Speaking about the tie-up, Sunil Kulkarni, Founder and Chairman of Fidel Softech Ltd said, “We want to build solution frameworks and develop competency centers for CSC in various technology areas including AI-ML, Cloud and Security, other enterprise product technologies which would help its business grow. We have Japanese language specialists in Pune who will be trained in given technologies and many new opportunities will be created in our Pune center as well as many engineers will get opportunities to visit Japan. We have already initiated new hiring to strengthen our capabilities. We look forward to long and fruitful association with CSC in future”. CSC CEO Mr. Hidetoshi Yasuda expressed his pleasure over this MoU and mentioned that “This partnership will help us meet our growth goals in next 5 years. With demographic issues, CSC Japan seeks good product engineering and bilingual software support skills. As per the MOU, CSC Japan team will do the front end liaising with Japanese end clients including project management and client management while the technical deliveries and support in these projects will be taken up by Fidel Softech from its offshore facilities.
