The “Edu-Fest” event was organized by MCCIA – Mahratta Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture, Pune on 26th Nov 2022. The event aimed to bring together people from Industry and Academia to facilitate a collaboration bridging them together.

The conference had various sessions including panel discussions amongst the academia and corporate delegates to provide networking opportunities with industry leaders.

The panel discussion for the IT/ITES sector included Fidel CEO Sunil Kulkarni along with Mr. Dinanath kholkar from Tata consultancy services and Mr. Deepak Shikarpur from Badve Engineering. Fidel’s CEO shared many new upcoming job opportunities in the field of IT, Languages, and technology. He also emphasized the need to create awareness about the roles that are created due to the advent of social media and digital marketing.

As a result of the “Edu-Fest” event, many students and company professionals could gain valuable insights on the new roles where one can leverage local/ foreign language expertise across diverse roles & industry functions (HR/Tech /Marketing etc).
