Fidel at Konnichiwa Pune Event

The “Konnichiwa Pune” Event was organized from 18th to 20th Nov 2022 by IJBC, co-organized with Consulate General of Japan in Mumbai. The Festival aimed to bring people, businesses, and educational institutes together. An authentic Sakura setup was created through a partnership between the Indo-Japan Business Council and Phoenix Marketcity in Pune.

This year’s theme was India Japan at 70. There were several Japanese and Indian professionals present at the event. Fidel Softech’s CEO, Sunil Kulkarni, shared his experience as successful IT company working in Japan since last 20 years. Fidel CTO Sushrut Potdar, participated in panel discussion and shared his views about growth of IT companies in Japan.

Sudha Avadhani, AVP-Localization, and Rashi Desai, Sr. HR Manager, shared some interesting insights on –
~ Overview on Japan-India Collaboration
~ Major Areas of Collaboration i.e., People, Technology, Culture – In which she guided students about Japan`s Demographic issues.
~ Career opportunities in Japan for students and professionals
Also, shared Career opportunities at Fidel in the Technical and Non – technical fields for Interns, Freshers, and Experienced resources.
