Fidel acquired IM Corporation Japan, major boost in IT offerings

Fidel Softech Ltd. today announced that its subsidiary Fidel Technologies KK Japan has acquired a majority stake in IM Corporation, a Japan-based IT services firm with over three decades of experience serving leading Japanese system integrators.

IM Corporation provides software development and support services to Tier-1 and Tier-2 Japanese System Intigrator firms and employs more than 150 professionals. The acquisition significantly strengthens Fidel Softech’s operational presence and delivery capabilities in Japan.
