Fidel Signs MoU with PCU to Launch AI-Focused Incubation Centre
Pune, India – 23/02/2026:
Fidel Softech Ltd. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pimpri Chinchwad University (PCU), Pune, to establish the Fidel Softech Incubation Centre, reinforcing its position as an Applied AI + Intelligent Systems engineering partner.
The MoU signing was held in the presence of representatives from IM Corporation Ltd., Japan – Mr. Renya Kikuchi, Mr. Nagata Yoshiyasu, and Mr. Takashi Sato – along with Mr. Sunil Kulkarni, Chairman & CEO of Fidel Softech Ltd. The programme was also attended by Dr. Girish Desai, Executive Director at PCET & PCU, Dr. Santosh Sonavane, Hon. Vice Chancellor, and other university officials.
The Fidel Softech Incubation Centre has been established to strengthen manpower development in emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Industrial IoT, robotics, and intelligent engineering systems. The centre will focus on practical, industry-oriented training aligned with current global technology requirements.
About Fidel Softech Incubation Centre –
Under this initiative, students will receive exposure to enterprise AI applications, including GenAI-driven application support, developer copilots, automated testing, and AI-enabled service platforms. The collaboration will also extend to industrial IoT and smart manufacturing areas such as predictive maintenance, machine telemetry, energy optimization, and vision-based quality inspection systems. In addition, robotics and automation engineering will form a key component of the programme, covering areas such as cobot programming, warehouse automation, vision-guided robotics, and robotics simulation.
Through this MoU, Fidel aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry by providing structured opportunities for applied learning, innovation, and real-world project experience.
The incubation centre is expected to play a significant role in preparing students with practical skills aligned to evolving global technology demands.
