Development team introduced an “Autofill” button within the CARs and MRRs forms in the Quality Module of Infor SyteLine. This feature automatically populates key fields—such as Description, Cause/Correction, Preventive Action, and Correction/Containment—based on the selected product or item. It eliminates the need for repetitive manual entries and ensures standardized and accurate information across reports.

Automated Dunning Letter Generation
A new “Compose Dunning Letter” button was integrated into the A/R Posted Transaction Summary form, one of the key modules in Infor SyteLine for managing outstanding customer payments. With a single click, the system now generates a Dunning Letter and automatically emails it to the respective customer, attaching relevant invoice details. This enhancement ensures faster communication with customers and improves accounts receivable efficiency.
