Pune, India \u2013 23\/02\/2026: <\/span><\/p>\n Fidel Softech Ltd.<\/strong> has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pimpri Chinchwad University (PCU)<\/strong>, Pune, to establish the Fidel Softech Incubation Centre, reinforcing its position as an Applied AI + Intelligent Systems engineering<\/strong> partner.<\/p>\n The MoU signing was held in the presence of representatives from IM Corporation Ltd., Japan<\/strong> – Mr. Renya Kikuchi<\/strong>, Mr. Nagata Yoshiyasu<\/strong>, and Mr. Takashi Sato<\/strong> – along with Mr. Sunil Kulkarni, Chairman & CEO of Fidel Softech Ltd.<\/strong> The programme was also attended by Dr. Girish Desai, Executive Director<\/strong> at PCET & PCU<\/strong>, Dr. Santosh Sonavane<\/strong>, Hon. Vice Chancellor<\/strong>, and other university officials.<\/p>\n The Fidel Softech Incubation Centre has been established to strengthen manpower development in emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence<\/a> (AI), Industrial IoT, robotics, and intelligent engineering systems. The centre will focus on practical, industry-oriented training aligned with current global technology requirements.<\/p>\n Under this initiative, students will receive exposure to enterprise AI applications, including GenAI-driven application support, developer copilots, automated testing, and AI-enabled service platforms. The collaboration will also extend to industrial IoT and smart manufacturing areas such as predictive maintenance, machine telemetry, energy optimization, and vision-based quality inspection systems.
