Fidel Softech Ltd. had recently signed an MOU with FirstQA Kabushiki Kaisha (Japan HQ Consulting led IT solutions services firm) to setup a Dedicated Competency Center for ServiceNow, SAP, Testing & Cloud technologies. \u201cFidel was selected because of its Japan delivery competency and bilingual (Japanese & English) technical skillsets\u201d said Naveen MV, Managing Partner and Representative Director, FirstQA Kabushiki Kaisha at their Yokohama HQ in Japan.<\/p>\n

FirstQA Systems with its consulting led IT Solutions Services delivers Managed Services in Process Consulting, Digital Transformation, Governance & Risk Management and Enterprise Applications Services to Nikkei 225 and Fortune 500 companies in Japan. FirstQA Systems has Center of Excellence (CoE) for ServiceNow, Celonis, Mulesoft and Cybersecurity which leverages cloud platforms to deliver end to end transformation solutions and Managed Services to its global Japanese clients.<\/p>\n

Fidel Softech has been delivering to the Japan geography since inception and has a good understanding of the language and delivery requirements and passion for quality. It also specializes in ServiceNow, SAP and Cloud technologies which are enablers for enterprise transformation.<\/p>\n
