The IPO which is closed on 2nd June<\/strong>, oversubscribed by 102<\/strong> times. The shares are going to register on Emerge Exchange of NSE<\/a> on 10th June 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Fidel Softech<\/strong> is incorporated in 2004<\/strong> as a private limited company, working in Language and Technology field. It is specialized in incorporating Indian and foreign languages in different IT technologies. This enable IT and software to localize their product thereby increasing reach.<\/p>\n

Fidel went public this year in April. May 30th, 2022<\/strong> was a big day for Fidel. On this day its first IPO listing was opened. Here is a brief explanation of Fidel’s IPO journey:<\/p>\n
