Fidel organized “Healthy Diet Consultation”<\/strong> on 1 Dec 2022. This program began with a webinar on a ‘Healthy diet’ followed by a one-on-one consultation with the dietician. The program aimed to encourage employees to encompass long-term lifestyle changes that promote healthy eating and daily physical activity.<\/p>\n

The webinar highlighted the importance of a healthy diet and cleared misconceptions one has about food and gave clear directions about what to eat and how much to eat. The consultation included the nutrition assessment, BMI analysis of the employees which made them aware about the changes that need to done in their lifestyle.<\/p>\n

The Healthy Diet Consultation program proved very beneficial for the employees as they received personalized recommendations based on their health and personal goals. This encourages everyone to make positive changes in their daily routine, enhancing overall well-being.<\/p>\n
