Partner Sales Executive – IT & L10N Services – Job ID: JD16

Job Description:

Scope:

  • Generate new sales through partners in different geographies for selling Fidel’s services (IT & Subcon Services / Localization – Lang Engineering services)
  • Develop partner success program including incentive structure and fine-tune it to suit different geographies / partners
  • Develop partner collateral, customer success case studies by liaison with internal teams and share it with partners
  • Use CRM and ensure that all partner leads are tracked and follow-up with delivery teams to ensure that these leads are converted into contract closures

Requirements:

  • Experience of 5+ years of Partner sales across global markets
  • Good understanding of partner programs and develop attractive programs so as to get more partners from different geographies (US / EMEA / ASEAN-Asia-Pac)
  • Work in different timezones and connect with partners on a regular basis
  • Past record of partner sales to the tune of 5 CR+INR per annum
  • Good understanding of IT services, subcontracting services and life-cycle
  • Ability to draft proposals, create sales collaterals, documentation
  • Good communication and a sense of urgency

** This role is in-office role (not remote)
** Salary is a combination of fixed and incentives
