Bilingual Sales Executive (Japan geography) – IT Services – Job ID: JD15

Job Description:


  • Generate new sales by selling IT Project services / skillsets / subcontracting services to Japanese clients in Japan (Target market – Japan)
  • Manage entire sales cycle from building prospect lists, calling clients, lead gen to sales to invoice collection
  • Setup client meetings, create proposals and follow-up regularly with clients
  • Use CRM and ensure that all leads, all client data and meetings etc is maintained in the CRM
  • Develop fulfillment partners (while leveraging the internal fulfillment team) and ensure closures
  • Setup meetings and visit Japan from time to time on business visits and ensure sales closures
  • Manage key accounts and oversee onsite delivery teams onsite, resolve issues and ensure growth in sales with the accounts


  • Experience of 5+ years of IT services in Japan or any overseas markets or Japanese companies in India
  • Good understanding of IT services / technologies (to a certain extent) so as to have a good communication with the client CXO or senior staff
  • Able to map Japan markets and have a good understanding of approaching potential buyers
  • Good understanding of IT services, subcontracting services and life-cycle
  • Ability to draft proposals, create sales collaterals as per client requirements in Japanese
  • Liaison within the company, partners and ensure quick fulfillment support
  • Good communication and a sense of urgency

** This role is in-office (Pune Kalyani nagar) role (not remote)
** Salary is a combination of fixed and incentives (all incentives will be paid upon successful receipts of client invoice payments)
